Sarpino's Pizzeria

Did i mentioned that i've just called for Sarpino's? they've got this combo for a pasta and regular pizza going off @ $21.80. Apparently they dont charge extra delivery charge and they have different outlets catering to different parts of singapore so the wait won't go pretty long, like 2 hours when its peak hours. duh!

Review

This is the 10" Ranch Style Chicken pizza. The crust is not as thick as pizzahut (which is good, really!) and the ingredients are aplenty. I like the tomatoes, though usually i won't consume them because of the seeds. the tomato burst in your mouth when you bite onto it and the people at Sarpino's were not stingy about the cheese.

BUT! THEY ARE STINGY ABOUT 20CENTS!!! :(

The delivery guy was also late from the appointed 1 hour from ordering time. upon the receiving of $22 (for my bill of $21.80) the guy just stood there with the money in his hand until I say "take the change" like 2mins after I glared at him. bad service there! :)

This is the chicken carbonara that we got in the mix and match package. With one look, it is apparent that the pasta was overbaked badly with edges of chaota-ness by the side. (see above picture)

The pasta was dry, not at all creamy and the chicken was veryyyyyy tough and dry from both pasta and pizza.

All in one, I would give 5/10 for Sarpino's. Bad pasta and service is definitly not something likeable.
