I thought I'm becoming more useless, weaker in dealing with issues because I've turned softer.

Work efficiency goes down..

She told me..

"Your temper is much better than in sec school. You also grown to be more matured despite your problems at home.."

Thanks man, I don't think she knew that a few words could help so much. But, I am still determined to get my "be serious at work" motto and attitude back.
